Orphanage

For more than 10 years we have looked after the teeth of children from Orphanage nr 10 in Warsaw. In total, there are 150 children being treated or already treated, at the age of 6 to 15 years old. The orphanage’s fosterlings are covered with full range of dental treatment.

“Music friends – a healthy smile for a child”

In 2002 Przyjaciółka Foundation carried out a survey on health condition of children from 14 environmental day-rooms all over Poland. The results of the research showed that the dental condition of the orphanages’ fosterlings is not good. Przyjaciółka Foundation, together with FM Produkty dla Stomatologii company decided to try to solve the problem and began a programme called “Music friends – a healthy smile for a child”.

Children’s dental caries is still extremely popular in Poland. Despite numerous actions which propagated oral cavity hygiene, still about 35% of children do not have the basic knowledge on this topic.

We know very well that healthy, beautiful teeth give self-esteem and beauty to all.

Children from chosen environmental day-rooms and orphanages all over Poland take advantage of free of charge dental care and treat their teeth also in Dental Service Clinic. This form of cooperation gives a lot of joy to the children and a lot of satisfaction to the Clinic’s employees.

The only private dental clinic in the Mazovia province which has the Ministry of Health’s accreditation for realizing programme of prosthetic specialty for dentists.
