Quality Management System and Patient Service Standards
As a result of dynamic development of Dental Service and the growing need for improving competitiveness of our company with relation to other branches, at the turn of 2005 and 2006 the Clinic’s board of directors decided to implement Quality Management System compliant with quality norm 9001:2000.
The implementation works resulted in obtaining in 2006 a Quality Management System Certificate.
In result Dental Service improved competitiveness on the dental services market. Having the Quality Management System Certificate improved the company’s image and contributed to bigger trust of our clients. They perceive it as a reliable and trustworthy, which is very important in the dental branch. In the management aspect (substantial and managerial) the company’s organization has got better and the organizational structure has stabilised. The employees have a precisely stated range of responsibilities and powers, which improved the way of realizing processes on each stage of dental service realization. The flow of information in the company improved too, thanks to which the process of customer service is more efficient and quicker. Simultaneously to Quality Management System implementation works, we realized a project which improved Dental Service’s Customer Service. According to the needs of the Clinic, Patient Service Standards have been implemented. The document includes a set of guidelines which enable customer service in the company on the highest level.
